For those of us enjoying Tromsø this summer, I am offering a special Sunday yoga & meditation session.

It will be a lovely well rounded class with time for both movement and meditation. Places will be restricted to align with requirements regarding controlling the risk of corona virus spread and all students will need to bring and use their own equipment.
